Day 35 of OBO... Another week gone...

It's the end of the fifth week... A new week starts tomorrow (this is in relation to the mission... Saturday is the first day of the week).... That means only 10weeks remain. It seems fast and slow at the same time... I'm getting used to it... I've learnt to put the emotions one side and bear with this temporal lost... It still hurts just as much as the first day... But, for your sake, I'm trying not to let it affect me... Don't want to cause more hurt than there already is right now...

I woke up at 0830hrs today... Had to wake up earlier 'cause I had to go to work on my own today... So I washed up and left the house at around 0855hrs... Walked out and caught the 0915hrs bus... Traffic today, unlike the past few days, was very smooth... There was no slow-moving traffic at all... I reached Hougang at around 0930hrs... 151 came almost immediately... 151 passes a lot of factories and warehouses along the way to Macpherson... And there were a lot of furniture sales going on... Well, it got me thinking even more about what you said on Tuesday... So at that point of time, I just thought to myself, "We should go take a look at these sales when you get back... Then that could possibly help us conceptualise the theme and feel of our home..." Anyway, that's just a thought... But I think it would really be fun... Anyway, I reached work at around 0955hrs...

I was alone in the office the whole day... That's 'cause Colin and Sat flew off to Jakarta to complete a project there... So apart from having to arrange their flights, airport pickup and see to a client, I was pretty much undisturbed the whole day... Managed to finish entering all the accounting data... Now it's just left with consolidating all the payments and what not, and then reconciling it with the bank balance... So the tedious part is finally over! That's a relief...

Anyway, I didn't step out of the office at all the whole of today... Not even for lunch... Well I brought lunch from home... Well actually it should be 'lunch'... Wanted a sandwich but had no time to make it... So the fastest was Complan... Yup... My meal substitute... And I also brought 2 prunes again... Love the sweetness and juiciness... That was pretty much what my 'lunch' constituted of... Well had it at around 1500hrs... And whilst eating, I was surfing the Internet... Was looking for a personal accounting software for you (or rather, in time to come, us)... Found one that was quite good... It's Quicken... It not only lets you keep track of your finances, it also allows you to budget for the future, like getting a new house or car and even planning for a child financially... It costs US$39.99... That's about S$48 max right now 'cause of the exchange rate (The USD has fallen... So that's good for us but bad for them)... It's something worth investing in... Anyway, I also went to look up the Style Weddings website again... This time to check out catering stuff... Well I've found a way to reduce my initial budget already... I'll discuss this with you when you call next or when you get home... See how la...

I left the office at around 1845hrs... Went for music... Waited super long for 151... I give it at least 20minutes... It was the same for 854... By the time I reached my music teacher's place, it was close to 2015hrs... Well I was tired... My eyes felt super dry... Oh well... I did my theory... Managed to finish 1 question... Then at around 2205hrs, my music teacher sent me home... Came home, looked for a bit of food to eat, then went to wash up... And after washing up, I'm here blogging and checking my emails and what not...

That's pretty much what my day was like... I liked the silence in the office... No one to disturb me... Just did my work at my own pace... It was so free... Well, you messaged me today saying that you missed me, and that really touched me... Well you called me at around 1900hrs (Singapore time) and we spoke for a bit... And the reason you called was also because you missed me... It's these little things that make the relationship a lot better... And it also makes things a little easier to cope with... They mean a lot to me... And I'm sure you know that... Well, that's all for today... Darling, ana behibak... That's 'I love you' in Arabic... And I miss you lots!! *hugz hugz* *muackz muackz*
